What We Offer

Job Title:  Hybrid/Delivery Driver


Department: Delivery Reports to: General ManagerShift Manager Front Desk Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Last Modified: 09/18/2021 Compensation: This position will be an hourly position at $16.00 per hour.
Job Summary: The Delivery Driver/Hybrid will ensure the proper delivery of all products in a timely fashion and be available to assist with any other duties as needed including curbside pick-ups, labeling new inventory, Wood Shop Paraphernalia Sales. Reports to the Shift Manager on duty, Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager of DCHW. Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist


Department: Front End Reports to: General Manager Office Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Last Modified: 09/18/2021 Compensation: This position will be an hourly position at $16.00 per hour.
Job Summary: The Front Desk/Receptionist will be responsible for executing administrative tasks to ensure Cannabliss provides a pleasant experience to all visitors, i.e patients, team and external stakeholders. The Front Desk Receptionist will also provide assistance to the Human Resources (HR) in responding to inquiries pertaining to job openings and other administrative tasks. Job Title: Sales Floor Manager


Department: Sales Floor Reports to: General Manager FLSA Status: Non Exempt Last Modified: 10/4/2021

Job Summary: The Sales Floor Manager will oversee the sales floor and assist Budtenders, Curbside Pick-up clerks and Delivery Drivers in the performance of their job duties including approving discounts, making sure floor is fully stocked, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints during scheduled shifts. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for strict adherence to Alcohol and Beverage Regulation Administration (ABRA) laws and regulations
  • Key holder; Ensures all open and close protocols are followed properly to include morning meetings and updates; coordinating break schedules for team members with GM; conducting Daily Gratitude shares, etc.
  • Work directly with the Front Desk, Processing Assistant, Budtenders, Hybrid and Delivery Drivers to ensure all protocols are followed to Cannabliss standards
  • Troubleshoot technical equipment to ensure all stations and hardware are fulling operational
  • Ensure proper Point of Sale system implementation and management
  • Direct and supervise employees on the sales floor, reconciling cash receipts, and in performing services for customers
  • Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed with proper signage
  • Oversee the proper create and movement of product into inventory via POS system
  • Audit the website to ensure pricing is correct
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive excellent service
  • Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and/or complicated sales situations
  • Ensure proper record keeping of purchases, sales and requisitions.
  • Ensure the sales floor, Wood Shop and back areas are kept clean and organized; products and merchandise are properly displayed
  • Review inventory and sales records to prepare for GM and management
  • Conduct weekly physical Inventory
  • Enforce safety, health and security rules
  • Solicit feedback to understand our patient’s experience: both positive & complaints/areas of concern - encourage Google reviews

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician/Budtender


Department: Sales Floor Reports to: General Manager Sales Floor Managers FLSA Status: Non Exempt Last Modified: 10/5/2021 Compensation: This position will be an hourly position at $16.00 per hour.
Job Summary: The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for working with patients to help them select the best medication for what ails them. They will ensure, as the front line of contact, that Cannabliss provides a pleasant experience to all patients, visitors, team and external stakeholders. The Pharmacy Technician will also provide assistance to the Processing Dept with labeling new products, assisting with curbside pick-ups, helping Delivery Drivers and Front Desk attendant. Duties/Responsibilities: Pharmacy Technician Responsbilities:

  • Act in a professional manner, greeting customers, and facilitating sales, ensuring exceptional customer experience
  • Responsible for the strict adherence to ABRA laws and regulations and DCHW Employee Handbook
  • Advising customers on cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and interests
  • Keeping up to date with the cannabis industry standards, new products, strains, and changes in laws, as well as industry trends
  • Processes customer transactions using Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Ensuring the dispensary is clean, stocked, well-organized and that all products have proper signage at all times.
  • Notifies Sales Manager and/or Processing Clerk when low on product
  • Ensures proper calibration of the scales used to weigh product
  • Upsells when appropriate; promote current sales, promotions, discounts, etc
  • Responsible for opening and closing POS procedures
  • Verifying proper identification and medical card of customers to verify they are of legal age to purchase and consume products offered
  • Maintains the professional appearance of the sales floor
  • Inventory of cannabis products
  • Conduct cannabis inventory audits when asked
  • Ensures proper and secure storage of cannabis
  • Audits Website to make sure there are no Out of Stock items listed
  • Researches strains in down time
  • Assisting in various dispensary operations while maintaining hygienic conditions
