What We Offer!

Job Title: Hybrid/Delivery Driver

Work Schedule: Part-Time Reports to: General Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Summary: The Hybrid/Delivery Driver will ensure the proper delivery of all products in a timely fashion and beavailable to assist with any other duties as needed. Reports to the Shift Manager on duty andGeneral Manager of Cannabliss. Duties/Responsibilities: • Responsible for strict adherence to Alcohol and Beverage Regulation Administration (ABRA)laws and regulations • Works directly with the Front Desk Clerk, Processing Assistant, Budtenders, Rover andDelivery Personnel • Manage Cannabliss’s inventory management system, ensuring its full compliance with statereporting requirements • Conduct cannabis inventory and paraphernalia audits ensuring proper and secure storage • Compile and maintain cultivator logs and invoices, patient records, patient deliveries andcurbside, patient purchases, paraphernalia purchased, and current inventory • Compile and manage the Alcohol Beverage Regulation Administration (ABRA) requiredreporting (daily and weekly home delivery report, 6-month dispensary books and recordsreport, Redbox discounts) • Manage the process of receiving inventory and conducting quality review of the deliveredproduct (bud rot, correct weight, RIFD, THC/CBD) • Track and manage bulk and pre-packaged inventory from cultivators using METRC and Brytemap. Provide weekly reports on product delivery, current and over-sold inventory • Manage the proper creation and movement of product into inventory (Brytemap) • Ensures proper calibration of the scales used to weigh product • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and concerns • Responsible for opening and closing procedures • All other duties assigned by the General Manager and/or Shift ManagerMinimum Qualifications/Education/Experience: • Valid clean driver’s license (REQUIRED) • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work well on a team • Ability to exercise sound judgement and troubleshoot difficult situations • Ability to pass a drawer counting exercise • Reliable transportation (possess a vehicle or live near public transportation) • College degree and/or credits (preferred not required) • Retail experience (preferred not required) Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting/driving • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
