Non Resident
Effective Monday, September 25, 2023,
non-DC residents may choose from five (5)
valid periods when registering for a
temporary medical cannabis patient
registration. They include:
• Three (3)-days | $10
• 30-days | $20
• 90-days | $50
• 180-days | $75
• 365-days | $100
Valid Registrations.
Effective Saturday, April 1, DC patients must present a valid patient or caregiver registration to purchase cannabis from a licensed dispensary. Previously,
(patients could present a registration that expired on or after March 1, 2020)
Note the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration (ABRA) is now
the Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration (ABCA)
ABCA has extended the free digital medical cannabis patient cards for DC residents until Thursday, December 7, 2023.
Please note that ABCA is no longer issuing physical cards to all medical cannabis patients beginning on August 11, 2023. Starting on August 11, 2023, DC resident patients can request either a physical medical cannabis card or a replacement card from ABCA for a fee of $10.00.

We deliver between 11:30-7pm daily, orders that come in overnight go out in the morning, same day delivery order cut off is 4pm. Patients notified schedule delivery option available, we accept debit card & cash.

Cannabliss opened it's doors in August 2019. We are the first dispensary in Washington DC solely owned by a black man. We've hosted two community focused block parties that infused music, art, fashion and food into the festivities. These events have highlighted all the positive aspects of community, culture and cannabis.
